Blue Wave Plumbing Co. grew out of a simple frustration: too many homeowners calling plumbers and waiting days for a callback, getting vague estimates, or finding surprise charges on their invoice. Jordan Lightly knew there was a better way — because he'd been doing it that way his entire career.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, Jordan spent over a decade working his way up through the trades, earning his license and his reputation one job at a time. When he founded Blue Wave, the goal was straightforward: build a plumbing company that he'd actually want to call if he were the homeowner.
That means showing up when we say we will, explaining everything in plain English, and charging a price that's fair — not padded to cover someone else's overhead. It's a simple standard, and we hold ourselves to it every single day.
